Refund and Returns Policy

At Nuzzoo, your satisfaction matters. Because our products are print-on-demand, each item is made especially for you once you place an order. For that reason, we don’t keep stock and cannot accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or unwanted gifts.

That said, you will never be left out of pocket if there is an issue with your order:

  • Damaged, misprinted or faulty items – If your order arrives with a printing error, damage, or defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

  • Wrong item received – If we send you the wrong design, colour, or size, we’ll put it right immediately with a replacement or refund.

  • Customer error (e.g., wrong size ordered) – While we can’t resell POD items, we still want you to be happy. If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, please get in touch. In many cases we can offer a discounted re-order to reduce the cost of correcting the mistake.

Refund process

  • Approved refunds are always sent back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.

How to report an issue

  • Email us at admin@nuzzoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos if the item is damaged or faulty.

  • We’ll review it quickly and let you know the next steps.
